Yes as good old Arthur Montford (t?) would say it was disaster for scotland when i stepped on the scales.... I knew i had been over doing it but 15st 3lbs was a shock to the system. I was 13.1 earlier this year! Still a good shock and now back on the diet that was soo sucessful in the early part of 2007.

not out at weekend howling gales in East coast!
1 turbo session of 35mins nothing write home about.
Bought mudguards and battary lights for winter commute bike (SCOTT CYCLECORSS SERIES)
Bought new jacket (Red with fluoresant?) parts.
Commuteing tomorrow by bike so chalkup 36 miles (18miles return).
